A medium heat chilli rub, formulated in our farm kitchen for use with poultry, especially wings!
Sprinkle over the wings up to 2 hours before grilling/BBQ. Allow the rub to infuse the meat and grill or BBQ until chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165F. Make up a buffalo sauce using our Sicknote Steve Cajun Doghouse sauce, by simply blending with melted butter. Brush onto the wings 5 minutes before end of cook or use as a dip. Serve with celery sticks and wet wipes! Don’t be afraid to get messy!

Sea salt (sodium hexacyanoferrate), white sugar, paprika, garlic, salt, CELERY SALT, cayenne, black pepper
