Rhubarb, commonly used to cure ailments in Tudor times, has since become a British favourite. We press the fruit to extract fresh Rhubarb juice and blend it with our award-winning Stratford Dry Gin to produce a deliciously sweet and tangy gin. Unlike many others, our Rhubarb Gin is not over sweetened, so you still taste the tartness of the rhubarb complementing the full-strength gin, allowing it to stand up very well to a mixer.
We are proud that this is a completely natural product, whilst we filter the product it still may contain small amounts of Rhubarb sediment and it will change colour over time, however this will not affect its flavour. To prolong the pink hue store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight.
