10th Birthday NEIPA - Beyond The Mirage
IPA has been the gateway for many of us on this journey into craft beer. I think we all remember the first time someone presented us with a glass of opaque liquid, an aroma so pronounced you didn't need to lift the glass. Nostrils filled with notes of mango, pineapple and grapefruit. We want to evoke that sense once again with a classic New England IPA.
