Something Good 23
For SG23 we explored, for the first time, experimental variety CH2 from our good friends at Crosby Hops. During our 2025 harvest selection with Crosby, we had the opportunity to get our noses into their exciting experimental range, which is starting to come to market. CH2 stood out for its bright citrus and orange marmalade aroma. We knew we needed some for an SG release and decided to lead with it in this gorgeous Pale Ale, with CH2 making up 50% of the dry hop. The remaining dry hop is split between Deep Cut Cascade, which is essentially late-pick Cascade (also from Crosby), and some spanking hand-selected Citra. We find more.
